Paul Magnusson of Business Week Magazine moderated. The International Forum on Globalization is a research and educational institution comprised of sixty researchers and economists from twenty countries. The Progress Project: Rethinking Progress and Human Development is an initiative of the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington and The Glaser Family Foundation.
