The online archive of results for the Best of the Quad Cities competition goes back to 2000. Although there is no single page with all of them together, you can get a search results page with listings and links to all of those results here (cut and paste this url into your browser's address bar):

Hi, I just wanted to read the results for the Best of 2006 survey. A number of people emailed me saying a play I was in, The Comedian, was mentioned. I live in Chicago now and couldn't get my hands on a Reader, so if someone could please send the article to my email I would greatly appreciate it.
