Major catastrophic events rarely occur without causes and many, if not most, of the man made types can be traced to political machinations in Washington.

1.The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was blowback for what Roosevelt himself termed sticking too many pins in the rattlesnake.

2.The Great Depression was an inevitable bust that followed a boom generated by artificially low interest rates in the twenties. It was made far worse by the trade crushing Hawley-Smoot Tariff Act of 1930.

3.Ditto for the current major hangover from the housing boom party. Thankfully, government can't impose any new tariffs
this time because it owes foreign countries way too much bread to risk angering them.

4.Today's rapidly rising prices aren't a result what the MSM calls a "mysterious disease" but rather a large increase in the (paper and digital) money supply created government and/or its chartered central bank, the Federal Reserve.

Very few, if any, environmentalists supported or support bio fuels.

Interestingly enough, the US Government is of the people, by the people, and for the people.

According to the Declaration of Independence we have the right to alter or abolish our government.

Go to it, bro, otherwise, consider yourself ruled by the people you deserve. - schqc

Yes, brilliant! Both wings work together to elevate the state body. The flapping distracts people from the talons.
Minimum government is an oxymoron. Self-government is true freedom. - Mark Davis
