Relax. There is no conspiracy. You just have a great manager at WVIK, one who will bring the station to new prominence. I’ve known Frank Sundram professionally for a very long time and I can tell you that before long you will have a radio station that is well supported because it serves the needs and desires of the community. In many ways, a radio station is built by the people it serves. If it fails to serve and educate the community it will go into decline. I am absolutely sure that Frank did not come to WVIK to officiate at a funeral. He is a dynamic and self-effacing leader who knows that if the station staff are supported and do well, the station will sound great and he will look like a miracle worker, without ever having to say a single word about himself. He is known in the industry by his deeds more than by his words. He has done great things for other stations and I am quite certain he will do likewise at WVIK. - Michael Cohen

I've met Frank and found him to be a breath of fresh air in the local market. I wish him luck meeting WVIK's challenges. I'm in the media biz myself, and the one thing that everybody knows for sure is we can't keep doing things the same way. - Michael Romkey

I've known this joker Frank Sundram for over 20 years and I've seen this show before. Frank has brought excitement to and vastly increased audiences for other public radio stations. He's done it for years. The reason he's playing it close to the vest is that he hates to put the spotlight on himself. He's going to keep the station successful and make sure others get most of the credit. Keep watching. You folks have nothing to worry about. ;D - Steve Washer

That Jeff Ignatius sure does a nice job of accurately compiling the facts and presenting a thorough, well-balanced story. Snappy dresser, too. - Uncle Lar
