I have lived here for 21 years and failed to bring out hoards and throngs of rabid followers & devotees to "our" production. So I'll shoulder the blame for the "financial disappointment."

I just wanted to publicly say how proud I am for the great work that Derek and Tyson are doing for the arts and theater community here in the QC. When my husband and I relocated here a year and a half ago, we based our decision in part on the current and (what we had heard was ) an "up and coming" arts scene. We have not been disappointed, and the GRT is a big part of our lives now. The courage that both of these guys have shown in stepping out beyond the boundaries of what is comfortable and known (and yes, sometimes even at a fiscal loss) is commendable and inspirational.

Now, I will go devote myself to amassing hoards and throngs of rabid followers & devotees so that when and if I am cast in another GRT production, it cannot be deemed a financial disappointment,
as far as my share of the audience goes.
(wink wink -- couldn't resist - love you guys!)
