Thanks for your comment Crazy man.
My comment about the police officer continued from last month's letter where I stated that he should have called for backup before he confronted the unarmed man. You can read all of the letter at:
http://www.eons.com/groups/topic/1821698-My-September-1-2-9-Letter-to-my-Representatives
You don't know know the whole story about Governor Rod Blagojevich unless you read his book. The media didn't like him and trash his work and refuse to tell both sides of the story.
Please read my latest letter at:

Thanks again for your comments. - Cecil James Rotj

I agree with the premise of your work BUT....first you say government officials are flawed and corrupt and then you support one of the biggest criminal officials Illinois has ever produced (Blago).....and tell me, what gives you the right to judge what happened on that bridge the day the Davenport Police man shot the unarmed man. Please define unarmed! Just because he did not have a weapon doesn't mean he was not dangerous to the officer or himself. All you have to do is review the tape the officer's car camera took and you can see the man was given plenty of chances to respect the authority of the officer and still continued to attack him. Tell me what would you have done to peacefully end that confrontation after your eyebrow had been bitten off the by "unarmed man"? - Crazy Man or....Genius!!

Cecil,

Enthralled by your article, it is a sad but true fact that our representatives have platforms in which they will "never be allowed to attack wrong". It is time that we take back our justice system that has failed the people, our system is broken and obviously will not fix itself, thank you and continue on. - Sandy Pace
