Reduces the tuition rate requirement that community colleges must attain in order to receive an equalization grant.

An Act Concerning: Revenue

Creates a new property tax exemption for certain commercial businesses that lease property at the Quad City International Airport.

Action: Signed

Effective Date: June 1
