Scott County, Iowa will make an opening statement to begin negotiations with The Bailiff’s Association on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. on the 6^th floor of the Scott County Administrative Center, at 600 West Fourth Street, Davenport, Iowa.
