Hello!
Festival season isn't over just yet! Celebrate the Harvest with local foods, drinks, music, and fun during the Harvest Moon Festival at the Quad Cities Food Hub tomorrow! Socialize with area farmers while enjoying local hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar from Front Street Brewery, and live music by American Dust. Head back to the Food Hub on Saturday to learn about winter garden prep and cooking during the Overwintering Your Garden and Cooking with Squash Seminar.
Experience the captivating sound of ten unadulterated human voices coming together to make unique, live music this weekend at the Adler. See how the comedic male a cappella group, Straight No Chaser, creates a musical atmosphere without instruments! On Saturday, the Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning band Newsboys will bring their Restart Tour to the Adler, too.
Join the River Music Experience for a special event benefiting the Karli Rose Kell Music Scholarship Fund this weekend. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and treats from Woodfire Grill along with live music by The Whoozdads and The Ellis Kell Band & Friends during MOONDANCE 2013. Bid on silent auction items, win great raffle prizes, and dance the night away while supporting a great cause.  Be sure to check out their other great events this week including Kidz Days at RME featuring Lojo Russo, two performances by Daniel Stratman, and more.
Get your blues fix tonight at the Figge Art Museum during this week's Thursdays at the Figge. Hear an array of songs inspired by past events during the WPA Blues Music Performance. Bring some extra cash and enjoy $5 burger baskets while you're there! On Saturday, take time to browse the new exhibition Walter Haskell Hinton: Image Maker for Deere to see iconic works from the John Deere Collection/
Haunted Trying to find the spookiest haunted house this fall? Look no further than Downtown! Grab a friends hand to hold and venture out to the most-terrifying haunted house in the Quad Cities, the Davenport Jaycees Haunted House! For only $10 a soul, see if you can make it through this house without a scare.
See you downtown!
