Moline, IL (September 17, 2011) State Representative Rich Morthland (R-Cordova) will a host Silver Beat Seminar Tuesday September 27 at the Whiteside County Courthouse in Morrison. Silver Beat is an educational program for senior citizens that are coordinated with the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Seniors will learn how to protect themselves from con artists and deceptive business practices.
