The Bettendorf Rotary Club will be hosting Rep. Dave Loebsack from Iowa's 2nd District at the next regular meeting Wed., Oct. 3rd. His challenger John Archer spoke recently at the club and is also a member. Living the creed of Rotary's "Four-Way Test" which includes, 'Is it fair to all concerned," the BRC club board extended an invitation to Rep. Loebsack which was accepted. A point up is below.
