WALES, WI, February 12, 2012 — With the addition of a new crime book and magazine exposé, the list of publications offered by Badger Wordsmith, LLC (BWS) has grown to six.

“Best of the Spingola Files, Vol. I.” is a compilation of retired Milwaukee Police Department Homicide Lieutenant Steve Spingola’s take on cold case homicides, organized crime figures, and crime related books.

Miles Kinard’s well-researched magazine exposé, “American Stasi: Fusion Centers and Domestic Spying,” examines the technologies employed by law enforcement intelligence fusion centers. Wisconsin is home to two fusion centers—one operated by the Wisconsin Department of Justice in Madison and another by the Milwaukee Police Department.
