Wis. Publisher Releases Crime Book, Magazine Expose'

Miles Kinard's well-researched magazine exposé, "American Stasi: Fusion Centers and Domestic Spying," examines the technologies employed by law enforcement intelligence fusion centers. Wisconsin is home to two fusion centers?one operated by the Wisconsin Department of Justice in Madison and another by the Milwaukee Police Department.
