My family and I popped in for supper and enjoyed everything on our plates. We tried several things and brought home leftovers. The Baba Ganoush, what I called "eggplant mash," was good. We really liked the Hummus, but order extra Pita. The Dolmeh (stuffed grape leaves) didn't smell very grand, but were entirely tasty.

The Steak Shish Kabob was excellent, seasoned nicely and tender. The leftover hand cut fries were too good to be left behind. The M/T special, Adas Polo (Lentil Rice), was wonderful. The Feta Chicken Sandwich and the Basmati Rice were also very good. We were all pleased and we had no complaints.

There was one thing that I was surprised to find. The olives on the Hummus and Baba Ganoush were standard sliced black olives. I thought I'd find a whole Kalamata (or something akin) with a pit, much like I find in a Greek salad.

The gentleman helping us was knowledgeable and more helpful than we expected and was required. He helped put together our leftovers and came back with a bag before I thought about asking. He was able to tell us what items were and what was in them when we didn't have any idea. The country restaurants I often go to have us a little spoiled. Generally, if we sit down at a table to figure out what we want before heading to the counter, the clerk comes to see if we need help or to take our order before we manage to get back to the counter. It was slow when we were in and, honestly, I missed that bit of attentiveness. I really hope that business there picks up and that this restaurant makes it. We'd like to make a habit of returning and were tempted to give it five stars.
