you can tell the meat is being microwaved or has been sitting out for some time. beans come out of a can. sauce has copious amounts of pepper in it.
the brisket is undercooked and the ribs were like beef jerky on a bone. I've given it 2 shots now. both of them have been at noon. have not seen another soul in the restaurant.
