DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 14, 2019) — Tony Knobbe, Scott County Board Chair announced the appointment of Angela Kersten as Scott County Engineer. The Board formally approved her appointment at their meeting on November 14 at 5PM. Kersten’s official start date will be January 1, 2020. Knobbe indicated the Board members were pleased they were able to appoint an internal candidate with a great level of experience and qualifications.
