DES MOINES, IOWA (October 31, 2023) — The Iowa Healthiest State Initiative has announced the winners of the 2023 Healthiest State Early Care, K-12 School, Out of School, Youth Power, and Health Care Awards. The winners were recognized for their efforts to improve the physical, social, and emotional well-being of their employees and community during an in-person award ceremony on Wednesday, October 25, during the 2023 5-2-1-0 Healthy Choices Count!
