Free Wellness Fair

The Life Fitness Center, 2222 Middle Road, Bettendorf is hosting a Wellness Fair Wednesday, January 30th from 10am-2pm. This free event is open to the public. There will be massages, screenings for blood sugar, body fat, spinal exams and more. Cholestrol screenings for $15 (need to fast for 6-8 hours prior). Informational booths on healthy back, stress reduction, heart health, cancer, nutrition, weight control and exercise. For further information contact Tracey Lopez at 563-344-4119.
