(Moline, IL - Oct. 30, 2015) -The iWireless Center's annual Christmas tree is scheduled to arrive this Monday, Nov. 2 at approximately 10:15 a.m. The tree is being donated by the Pate family of Bettendorf. The tree is approximately 35' tall and is a blue spruce but will likely be cut down to 30-35'.  Media is invited and encouraged to attend as the tree is raised.
This holiday display has become a tradition in downtown Moline. The tree will contain approximately 30,000 lights and be lit on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at the annual Lighting on the Commons ceremony to be held from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. on the John Deere Commons.

Is Now Seeking Donations For
The 2015 Christmas Tree
(Moline, IL - Oct. 22, 2015) - The iWireless Center is currently in search of their 2015 Christmas tree to be displayed in the arena's circle drive throughout the holiday season. The tree will also featured at the annual Lighting on the Commons Ceremony to be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015.
The iWireless Center will pay for the removal and transportation of the tree and provide four complimentary tickets to a Quad City Mallards Regular Season Hockey Game or Mannheim Steamroller Christmas on November 13 in exchange for the tree donation. The tree should range in height from 20' to 40' and be available for removal now through the week of November 6th. Consideration will be given to size, shape, fullness, ease of removal, and proximity to building. Trees not selected in 2015 will be added to a list of potential trees for future years.

Along with intense competition, fans will witness Mutton Bustin for the little buckaroos, comedy like no other with Danger Dave Whitmoyer, as well as world-class specialty entertainment making this an event guaranteed to keep fans on the edge of their seats. The sidewalk ends and the Wild West begins with more fun and FREE for all ages.

New for 2106 fans can expect to Rodeo like a Rockstar with WLLR as part of their fan appreciation event featured Friday night only. The fun begins at the Budweiser Happy Hour in the Jack Daniel's Party Zone which will be open on the concourse from 6 - 7:30 preshow. Hosted by WLLR, fans will be treated to great live music, interactive fun and giveaways... its rodeo tailgating... all compliments of WLLR. It doesn't end there, its WLLR night all night long with fan participation events, giveaways, grand prizes and more... expected the unexpected as we turn up the fun meter Friday night with WLLR.
The gates open for World's Toughest Rodeo at Moline's iWireless Center, January 22nd and 23rd. The Free Pre-Show begins each night at 6:00pm and the action starts at 7:30pm.
