New Items on Nho's Menu

We now have Glass Noodle, Thai Tea and Vietnamese Coffee on the menu.
Glass Noodle is the cellophane noodle, (extremely thin noodle). It is made from starch and water, that's it. Like our other noodle dishes, you can choose your choice of protein or just vegetables (mushroom, cabbage, carrot, scallion).
Thai Iced Tea (sweet and creamy) and Vietnamese Iced Coffee (dark coffee with condensed milk) are so heavenly delicious stepping into Spring Season.
Our Special Dinner Menu will be updated very soon with Spring Season Produce, and we will update the entrees as well.  Stay Tuned :)

Enjoy Vietnamese Caramelized Salmon

We don't know how many times you enjoy our specials with Salmon, but we just can't have enough :)
This week's special is Vietnamese Caramelized Salmon, serves with rice and pickled carrot & daikon. A very authentic comfort dish with a authentic salty & sweet fish sauce.
Plus we're working on adding Glass Noodle Dish to the menu, plus Vietnamese Coffee and Thai Tea. We can't wait!

What is Congee?

Congee is a type of rice porridge. It is cooked with a water/broth for an extended amount of time until the texture is desired (where the broth is cooked for at least a few hours). Like Pho (Beef Noodle Soup), Congee is packed with healthy flavors such as herbs, meat bones and vegetables. Then when eaten, Congee is served with meat and vegetables.
Congee must serve hot like Pho and it definitely give you the feel-good food on a cold day or feeling under the weather . Congee is one of the most favorite dish in Asia, it is eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snack. If you have been to Dim Sum Restaurant, (where you get to eat all different kind of bite-sized buns/dumplings served in a small steamer baskets), Congee is served there as well.
We're making Duck Congee this week, come in and try a cup of Congee on us :)

Nho's Cafe Introduces Banh Mi

When we talk about popular Vietnamese Food, Pho (Noodle Soup) is number 1 popular dish, Banh Mi is number 2 in rank. We rearranged our kitchen just so we can make Banh Mi Sandwich!
For those who has not had Banh Mi Sandwich, it is a great balance of savory, sweet, sour, hot and cool. It is best when served just out of the oven, the sandwich is crispy, the vegetables are crunchy, it is very addictive.
We will have Grilled Pork Banh Mi and Vegetarian Banh Mi.
We're looking forward to make Banh Mi Sandwich for you :)

2015 is near, celebrate your New Years with Nho's Cafe and the signatures from Hell's Kitchen!

We have so much fun doing the Hell's Kitchen Signatures last time, so we want to do it again. Last time we did the Beef Wellington and Risotto, this time, we will have the Lamb and Salmon. Plus get $5 glass of wine from our next door bar, picked by Nho and served by our servers.
We will be opened on New Year Eve and New Year Day as regular hours.
