DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 18, 2022) — Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities will hold its seventeenth annual “Mr and Ms Habitat” fundraiser Saturday, October 22, at The Isle Casino and Hotel in Bettendorf. The event is an important source of funding for local home-building and home-repair efforts. This tongue-in-cheek fundraiser begins at 5:30PM and features a silent auction, heavy appetizers, drinks, and games.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 28, 2022) — Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities’ Executive Director Kristi Crafton announces she will retire in January 2023 after eighteen years with the organization. Thomas Fisher-King, Quad City Bank and Trust, First Vice President of Real Estate Operations and Facilities Management will be Habitat’s next Executive Director. Tom will begin his new role on September 17, allowing for a three-month transition.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 28, 2022) — The public is invited to celebrate the Groundbreaking of Habitat Homes N° 128, N° 129, and N° 130 this Saturday, July 30, 10AM. The event will be located at 651 East 6th Street, Davenport. Habitat Homes N° 128, N° 129, and N° 130 will be the future homes of Sarah Ross, Balkiss Fousseni and Abdounazirou Adamou, Ayi Amavi and Vidjinnagni Tossou, and their families.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 20, 2022) — Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities is one of more than 230 Habitat for Humanity affiliates awarded a grant from the Wells Fargo Foundation as part of its nationwide initiative to help low to moderate income families build and improve their homes across the US.

Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities received a $15,000 grant to help build a home in Davenport.
