DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 30, 2019) — The State of Iowa has announced that individuals in Scott County impacted by the severe weather (heavy rains, hail, wind-damage, and flash-flooding) beginning May 17, 2019 and on-going, may be eligible for assistance from the State of Iowa through The Iowa Assistance Grant Program and The Disaster Case Management Program.

A hands-on workshop series offering community members an opportunity to learn more about book arts and how to create them.
