The work being performed is the first phase of the Duck Creek South Interceptor Rehabilitation Project and includes cleaning and inspecting the sewer main located along the south side of Duck Creek. The contractor will be using the bike path for access, but the path should remain open for use during this phase.

Quad Cities residents with a household income of $57,000 or less are eligible for free tax preparation services offered through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program of United Way of the Quad Cities Area at 14 different sites. IRS-certified trained volunteers will prepare taxes at no cost.

This five-session program will be held bi-weekly from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, beginning on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 and concluding on April 25, 2018 at Gilda’s Club (1234 East River Drive, Davenport).
