Today the Committee will examine the Justice Department’s enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or “FARA.”

WASHINGTON – Facing a subpoena to appear at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Wednesday, Paul Manafort began producing documents today to the Judiciary Committee and committed to negotiating in good faith a date for a future interview before the committee.  Following the agreement, the Committee has agreed to withdraw the subpoena compelling his presence at tomorrow’s hearing.
