DAVENPORT, IOWA (June 27, 2023) — This year will mark the eighth year for the jam-band-focused festival. The first four fests were held at North Shore Inn in Moline 2023 will mark the fourth-consecutive year at Schwiebert.

Dawn and On was founded in 2015 by Sean Ryan of the Dawn and Mike Mathews of Catapult Marketing.  The fest grew steadily in size over the first several years.
