UNIVERSITY, MISSISSIPPI (May 10, 2023) — Elizabeth Howard, of Muscatine, Iowa, majoring in Mathematics, was among the more than eighty University of Mississippi students who were inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest and most prestigious undergraduate honors organization in the liberal arts. The university held an induction ceremony on April 14, 2023, at Johnson Commons on campus.

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (May 10, 2023) — United Way Quad Cities is pleased to partner with the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) for the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, the nation’s largest one-day food drive. These senior staff members hail from 25 cities from around North America including Washington DC; San Diego, California; Moncton, New Brunswick; Rock Island, Illinois; Cleveland, Ohio; Houston, Texas; Denver, Colorado; and Winnipeg, Manitoba.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (May 9, 2023) — Eight University of Dubuque students will conduct research with faculty on topics such as the impact of technological addiction on college student motivation or partake in internships in their intended profession in areas such as land management this summer through the John and Alice Butler Summer Research Fellowship.
