IOWA CITY, IOWA (April 7, 2020) — Representative Dave Loebsack released the following statement today after the US Department of Health and Human Services announced an additional round of grants for community health centers located across Iowa’s Second Congressional District. All contributions supported the Quad Cities Disaster Recovery Fund at the Quad Cities Community Foundation.
