  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approval of Minutes
  4. Approval to purchase software licensing. (Matt)
  5. Recognition of graduates from Leadership Summit. (Mary)
  6. Approval of merit increase for Scott Emergency Communications Director.
  7. Director`s report
  8. Next meeting date - July 26, 2012 at 5:30 p.m.
  9. Adjourn
