St. James Lutheran Church’s annual Rummage Sale & Bake Sale is Thursday, May 25 and Friday, May 26 from 8:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. in the church Fellowship Hall. The church is located at 1705 Oak Street in Bettendorf. Items for sale include men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, books, toys, jewelry, linens and much more. Proceeds from the sale go to the church’s Social Ministry program, which provides fans for the elderly, runs bingo games at Bettendorf Health Care, and buys grocery store gift cards for needy families at the holidays.

Donations for the sale may be dropped off at the church Monday, May 22 through Wednesday, May 24 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  Call Judy Larson at (563) 355-4349 if you need to come after 4 p.m.
