CORDOVA, Ill. - Cordova International Raceway is proud to announce that Rhythm City Casino Resort has been named the official resort for the 64th annual World Series of Drag Racing, presented by O'Reilly Auto Parts.

The highly-anticipated return of the world's longest continually running drag racing event to Cordova International Raceway is scheduled for Aug. 25-27. This year's lineup includes three-time NHRA champion Larry Dixon, IHRA Top Fuel record-holder Dom Lagana, former IHRA and NHRA Funny Car champion Del Worsham and several exotic racing machines and classes.
Located in nearby Davenport, Iowa, the nearly 35,000 square-foot Rhythm City Casino Resort features an array of activities including over 1,000 gaming options. There are three on-site dining options, live musical performances at the event center and rhythm room and an Aveda spa and salon. The resort, built in 2016, also features modern and luxurious hotel rooms.

Adult tickets to the 64th annual World Series of Drag Racing, presented by O'Reilly Auto Parts are $25 for Friday, $35 for Saturday and $12 for Sunday. A three-day "Super Pass" for the entire weekend is available for $65. Tickets for children 6-12 are $5 each day, while kids five-and-under are admitted free. Discounted adult tickets are available at participating O'Reilly Auto Parts Stores.
