February 12th, 2018 - LeClaire, Iowa – The Midwest Manufacturing Business Coalition will hold a Leadership Roundtable on February 28th, 2018 in LeClaire, Iowa at Steventon’s Restaurant, from 10:00-2:00pm. The event is sponsored by RILCO Lubricants & Services.

The roundtable will focus on the topic: "Why Should I Buy From You? The Reality of Selling in Today's Environment", with special guest speaker Thomas Herman from CRO RoundTable in Chicago, Illinois! He will discuss sales topics including training, integration, recruiting, and performance evaluation. Refreshments will be provided.
Thomas is Managing Director of Chicago operations and chairs CRO RoundTable Chicago. Thomas brings over three decades of Sales, Operations, Executive Management and Ownership to CRO RoundTable. He has conducted business in more than 15 countries outside of North America, with experience at Fortune 100, franchises, startups, emerging and mid-size businesses, that range from manufacturing, retail, services, and high tech. Thomas serves on multiple boards, both commercial and not-for-profit, and holds a B.S. from the University of Minnesota.
