MOLINE, ILLINOIS (September 10, 2026) The Moline Public Library is seeking applications for position of Student Trustee to serve an eight-month term on the Library Board of Trustees.

In its third year, this volunteer position provides a unique opportunity for students to actively participate in shaping the future of the Moline Public Library and enhancing its value to the community. Eligible candidates must reside in Moline and be a currently enrolled student or homeschool student in grades nine through twelve.

Interested students may visit molinelibrary.com/StudentTrustee to read the Student Library Trustee position description and to complete an online application.

Applications are due by Friday, September 18.
