Applications for DavenportU are being accepted until Monday, February 20th. Davenport’s Citizens Academy, DavenportU, is an interactive nine-week program geared towards engaging citizens with their City government. Starting with a Government 101 course, participants will be involved in fun and engaging lessons while learning just how City departments function.
