Legislation includes parts of recommendations by the Illinois State Commission on Criminal Justice and Sentencing Reform

WASHINGTON – The Senate Judiciary Committee is releasing public guidelines for the upcoming hearing for Neil M. Gorsuch to be an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley released the following statement after Attorney General Jeff Sessions supplemented the testimony he provided to the committee on Jan. 11, 2017.  There are no plans to ask Sessions to come before the committee before an annual oversight hearing, as is customary.
