corynnhanson-thumb.jpgAugustana Sights & Sounds, an exhibit of photographs from Augustana College and high-school students, will be on display at the Bucktown Center for the Arts (open Wednesday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 225 East Second Street in Davenport) through February 26.

According to a press release, the photographs "feature student life on the Rock Island campus, exploring the world through international study programs, or their experiences in the Quad Cities."

Participating Augstana students are Ashley Biess, Corynn Hanson, Bryan Inness, Maren Mathisen, Kelly Morgan, Matthew Peters, Amy Pearson, Kaitlin Sirois, and Dalsem Yang. Winners of the high-school photography contest are Kimberly Center East High School's Erin White (third place), James B. Conant High School's Jackyn Rahn (second place), and Davenport Central High School's Maura Warner (first place).
