FAYETTE, IOWA (January 10, 2022) — Upper Iowa University (UIU) joins the nation in commemorating the life of Dr Martin Luther King Jr on Monday, January 17. In lieu of classes throughout the day, UIU will host "Dr Martin Luther King: Lessons he taught us in a world that didn't listen."

FAYETTE, IOWA (December 15, 2021) Camping World of Cedar Falls employees will soon have the opportunity to reap the benefits of Upper Iowa University's (UIU) Corporate Advantage Partnership (CAP) program. As CAP partners, the employees and their spouses and dependent children (up to age 26) will be eligible to receive set tuition grants for courses taken at any of UIU's over twenty US centers, or through the University's online or self-paced programs.

FAYETTE, IOWA (December 2, 2021) — A new "Peacock Promise" tuition award at Upper Iowa University (UIU) will make college free for many Iowa students. Beginning with the 2022-2023 academic year, the Peacock Promise will eliminate tuition for any eligible student for the Iowa Tuition Grant. The Peacock Promise turns the $6,800 Iowa Tuition Grant into a $32,589 tuition award for eligible students new to UIU's Fayette Campus.

FAYETTE, IOWA (November 22, 2021) Active military personnel wishing to pursue a master's degree at Upper Iowa University (UIU) will soon benefit from a $250 per credit-hour tuition-rate. The new course rate for graduate students begins with Session 3 courses January 10. UIU undergraduates, who are active in the military, continue to also receive a $250 per credit hour rate.

FAYETTE, IOWA (November 22, 2021) — One year after unveiling its Military Family Grant to benefit undergraduates of the entire military family, Upper Iowa University (UIU) has extended the tuition assistance to graduate students.
