DES MOINES, IOWA (February 23, 2023) — The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) recently announced its 2022 top mortgage lenders and Realtors®. The awards were given to the lending institutions, loan originators and Realtors® who assisted the most homebuyers through IFA programs in 2022.

DES MOINES, IOWA (January 26, 2023) — Governor Kim Reynolds has announced that 23 communities have been awarded a total of $9 million in grants to advance water-quality projects. The funding is made available through the Wastewater and Drinking Water Treatment Financial Assistance Program, which was created as a part of Senate File 512, the first legislation signed into law by Governor Reynolds in January 2018.

DES MOINES, IOWA (September 1, 2022) — On August 31, The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors awarded a total of nearly $10 million in federal housing-tax credits to support the construction of a total of 385 affordable-rental homes for Iowans. The awards were made to eleven rental-housing projects located in Adel, Audubon, Bondurant, Boone, Carroll, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Grinnell, Hiawatha, Ottumwa, and Winterset.

The eighteen rental housing projects are located in Boone, Cedar Rapids, Clinton, Council Bluffs, DeWitt, Grinnell, Johnston, Marion, Marshalltown, Shenandoah and West Des Moines.

DES MOINES, IOWA (April 9, 2020) — The Iowa Economic Development Authority recently announced that 500 small businesses have been awarded a total of more than $10 million in grants through the Iowa Small Business Relief Grant program. The program has a total of $24 million available to allocate, the additional grant recipients to be notified through additional rounds this week.
