PRESS RELEASE (August 12, 2019) — Keep Iowa Beautiful received a $7,500 grant from ITC Midwest to encourage student volunteerism for community service throughout Iowa. The grant will be used to support the Keep Iowa Beautiful (KIB) programming to connect community-service needs with the personal interests and values of students.       

DES MOINES, IOWA (June 3, 2019) — The Keep Iowa Beautiful Board of Directors has appointed Kevin W Techau as the new Executive Director of Keep Iowa Beautiful. He was re-elected to the KIB Board in 2017 and served as Vice-Chair in 2018. He was originally elected to the Board in 2005 and served as Chair from 2006-2013.
