MOLINE, ILLINOIS (October 31, 2022) — The Quad City Storm secured four of six possible points over the weekend and now holds sole possession of first place in the SPHL for the first time in franchise history.

On Friday, the Storm notched its first road victory of the season with a 5-1 defeat of the Vermillion County Bobcats. Five different Storm players tallied goals in the effort and netminder Kevin Resop stopped 29 of the thirty shots he faced.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (October 6, 2022) — Next weekend, the Quad City Storm takes the ice to prepare for the fourth season of Storm hockey. Training camp begins Friday, October 14, and concludes Wednesday, October 19.

All sessions will be open to the public and hosted at Vibrant Arena at the Mark. On Thursday, October 20, the Storm will host a media day at the arena. The time for media day will be announced next week and the schedule for training camp is as follows:

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (July 13, 2022) The 2022-2023 Quad City Storm hockey season begins on home ice Friday October 21, 2022 against the defending SPHL champion Peoria Rivermen. The Storm hits the road the following morning to play the rival Rivermen in Peoria before traveling to Vermillion County the following weekend for a pair of road contests.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (May 6, 2022) The Quad City Storm and head coach Dave Pszenyczny has agreed to terms on a three-year contract, securing the team’s only head coach in franchise history through the 2024-2025 season. In his three seasons, Pszenyczny has amassed a regular season record of 66-68-22 and is coming off his first winning season as head coach.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 11, 2022) — Play-off hockey returns to the TaxSlayer Center for the first time in five years Wednesday, April 13, when the Quad City Storm battles the Fayetteville Marksmen. Puck drop is at 7:10, the first 1000 fans receive a black t-shirt and rally towel, and fans can enjoy $1 beers.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 1, 2022) — Tickets for the first Quad City Storm play-off game in franchise history are on sale now. The Storm is scheduled to play a home play-off game on April 12, 13, or 14, depending on the opponent they face. Puck-drop will be at 7:10PM, and the exact date and opponent will be finalized by April 10; the last day of the SPHL regular season.

One-dollar beers will be sold at all Storm home play-off games.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 2, 2022) — The Quad City Storm defeated the Vermillion County Bobcats 7-1 at the TaxSlayer Center on March 1. The win clinched the organization’s first-ever President’s Cup play-off berth.
