MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 31, 2025) — The Quad City Storm clinched a play-off berth Saturday, March 29, with a 3-1 victory over the Knoxville Ice Bears in front of a raucous crowd of 4377 fans.

The first-round play-off opponent and game dates are not yet known, but more information will be made available in the coming days.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 24, 2025) — The Quad City Storm swept the “home and home” weekend series versus the Evansville Thunderbolts to move to 23-25-2-2 on the season and advance four points closer to securing the final spot in the President’s Cup playoffs. With the wins, the Storm now need two wins or one win and one loss by the Macon Mayhem in the final four games of the season to secure a post-season berth.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 17, 2025) — The push to the post season continues at Vibrant Arena when the Quad City Storm returns home to battle the Evansville Thunderbolts Thursday at 6:10PM.

The Storm currently holds the eighth and final playoff spot with a record of 21-25-2-2. Home-ice advantage has been a big deal all season for the team, and especially as of late. At Vibrant Arena, the Storm has won three straight games and is 8-1-0-1 in its last ten games played.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (February 18, 2025) — Storm hockey returns to Vibrant Arena Saturday, February 22, for Union Night to battle the Peoria Rivermen in the #ColdWarOn74.

Union Night is presented by the Tri-City Building Trades Council, IBEW Local 145, Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 25, and Sheet Metal Workers Local 91. $1 beers will be made available to fans through the end of second intermission. All fans are encouraged to drink responsibly.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (January 29, 2025) — The Quad City Storm and UnityPoint Health Trinity are excited to host the sixth-annual Hockey Fights Cancer Ice Painting Monday, February 3, 2025, at Vibrant Arena at The MARK.

Quad Citizens are invited to come to the arena and paint the names of loved ones who are currently battling or have battled cancer on the ice. The names painted on the ice will remain on display for all three Storm home games February 6, 7, and 8.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (December 23, 2024) — The Quad City Storm swept the Peoria Rivermen over the weekend to extend the team’s win streak to four games.

On Friday, December 20, the Storm travelled to Peoria and unloaded the offense in the first period, jumping to a six-to-zero lead and holding on to win seven to four.

On Saturday, December 21, the team returned to Vibrant Arena and emerged with two points in a thrilling shoot-out victory against their cross-state rivals.

This weekend’s game marks the beginning of the Storm’s sixth season in franchise history. Head coach Shayne Toporowski will lead the team in his first game as a head coach in professional hockey.
