DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 7, 2022) — On November 9, 2022, QC Area Public Safety Agencies will implement the final pieces of an interoperable, digital public safety radio system. The QC P-25 Radio System provides a new communications platform for law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical-services agencies in Scott County, Iowa, and Rock Island County, Illinois.
