The certification is not easy to achieve; less than 5000 people worldwide per seasonal cohort are accepted into the program. She applied for the summer cohort this past

December but was surprised to be invited to the winter cohort.

These academically-talented high-school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,600 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million that will be offered next spring.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (April 26, 2019) — It is with great excitement that we announce Rivermont senior Lauren Schroeder has committed to play Division III Volleyball at Luther College this fall. Schroeder signed her contract with her family, coach, and classmates looking on at a signing ceremony this morning.
