FAYETTE, IOWA (July 2, 2021) Upper Iowa University (UIU) announced today that it has been named a Military Friendly Silver School Award recipient in the private university, not offering a doctorate, category for 2021-22 by VIQTORY (formerly Victory Media). Institutions earning the Military Friendly School designation were evaluated using public data-sources and responses from a proprietary survey.

FAYETTE, IOWA (06/23/2021) Upper Iowa University (UIU) has once again been named a "Best for Vets" college by Military Times. UIU is ranked forty-eighth nationally and eighth in the Midwest region among non-profit four-year colleges and universities. UIU's Military and Veterans Service Center provides a relaxing space for veterans and military-affiliated students to study and connect with other students.
