The City of Davenport Parks and Recreation Department is working to improve on the services we offer at our golf courses.  As part of this process we are reaching out to gain feedback on how we are doing and what we should look to focus on in the future through our Golf Survey.
Please feel free to fill out the survey at your earliest convenience.  The questionnaire should take less than 5 minutes of your time to complete.  The goal is to have all surveys completed by January 14th.  Once we have the surveys completed our plan will be to compile the data, evaluate the information we receive and apply it toward our golf improvement plan. Your input is vital to this process and we appreciate the time you have taken to fill out our Golf Survey.
A gift from Davenport Parks will be awarded after completion of the survey.
If you have any questions concerning the survey, please contact Amanda Randerson at aranderson@ci.davenport.ia.us or 563-888-7860.  Thank you for taking the time to participate in the Davenport Parks and Recreation Golf Survey and for taking the time to share your insights with us!
