IOWA CITY, IOWA (December 6, 2021) — Heartland Forward and its partners, Builders + Backers and the Iowa City Area Development Group (ICAD), have announced that they are bringing their groundbreaking Community Growth Program and Toolkit (CGPT), a first-of-its-kind idea accelerator, Pebble Fund and Buildership(tm) program, powered by Builders + Backers, to stimulate entrepreneurial thinking and action to Iowa City.
