CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (October 25, 2023) — With ghosts and goblins preparing for frightful Halloween frolics, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is advising Illinoisans to plan ahead so they can celebrate the harvest holiday happily instead of horrifyingly.
