Please be advised that Scott Park Road (Old Highway 61) in Long Grove, Iowa, is now closed at the Wapsi River due to water over the roadway.

Names Released - Fatality Accident - 29000 blk 240th Ave

The driver of the 2005 Buick passenger car who was fatally injured on 11/22/14 was identified as William P. Flenker, 84, from rural Long Grove.

The driver of the semitrailer was identified as Ryan E. Wilson, 19, from Bettendorf. He was uninjured in the accident.

The accident remains under investigation.
