Vibrant Arena Names Rik Edgar New Executive Director

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (May 21, 2026) — The Illinois Quad City Civic Center Authority Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Rik Edgar as our Executive Director of the Vibrant Arena at The MARK. Edgar brings a long history of experience in the entertainment field. He has most recently served as the General Manager of the Peoria Civic Center. He has held that position since 2018.

Vibrant Arena at The Mark Will Raise Annual Christmas Tree Monday, November 3

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (October 31, 2025) — The Vibrant Arena’s annual Christmas tree is scheduled to arrive this Monday, November 3 at approximately 11AM. The tree is being donated by David Criddle in East Moline, and was just a baby tree when his family moved to the property nearly thirty years ago. Media is invited and encouraged to attend as the tree is raised.

Vibrant Arena at The MARK Hosts Nearly 27,000 People Over the Weekend

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (November 18, 2024) — It was a busy few days at the Moline arena this weekend, which started off with Iowa’s exciting 76-66 victory over Washington State University in front a loud crowd of 8488. Saturday featured country superstars Little Big Town and Sugarland followed by Sunday ‘s Toby Mac, Mercy Me, and Zac Williams concert each with well over 9000 fans in attendance.
