A trio of gifted, up-and-coming singer/songwriters, none of them yet 30 years old, will share the September 25 bill at the The Rust Belt when the East Moline venue presents Nashville Nights: A Songwriters Showcase, a night of soulful country boasting the talents of Logan Michael, George Pippen, and Madden Metcalf.

Performing in support of their most recent release Shoot the Moon, and treating music lovers to what Glide magazine calls their “inexplicable way of giving old-time blues and jazz a fresh, contemporary feel,” the touring musicians of Davina & the Vagabonds return to Davenport's Redstone Room at Common Chord on September 27, American Songwriter raving that "this music, as retro as it may be at times, feels fun, frisky, and alive.”

With the artist delivering what Pitchfork calls "a near-perfect balance between '70s rock tradition and present-day experimentation," Chris Forsyth brings his new project BASIC to Davenport's Raccoon Motel on September 27, the guitarist performing in this collective rock trio alongside Mikel Patrick Avery on percussion, electronics, and drum machine, and Douglas McCombs on Fender Bass VI.

Currently touring in support of his eight studio album released this past January, beloved Americana singer/songwriter Langhorne Slime brings his "The Dreamin' Kind" tour to Maquoketa's Codfish Hollow Barn on September 27, No Depression stating that, with his latest recording "Slim has never sounded so polished," adding that "his authenticity is never in question."
