DES MOINES, IOWA (October 25, 2019) — As part of a nationwide Department of Labor effort, Iowa Workforce Development is conducting a customer-satisfaction survey to gather feedback on employment and training services provided by local service-providers. The survey responses will be used to improve employment and training services both locally and across the state.
