COAL VALLEY, ILLINOIS (February 11, 2026) — Tired of the same old evening plans? Looking to get WILD?

Prepare your pack to take on Another Doggone Trivia Night!

Gather your six pack (age 21 and over) to learn how endangered African painted dogs need six pack members to be successful and so do you! You will compete against ten packs in Another Doggone Trivia Night to help Painted Dog Research. Trivia topics will be varied and will include Art and Design, Teamwork and Cooperation, Family Connections, Social Rituals and Traditions, and Making Music.

Our special guest is Dr Greg Rasmussen from Painted Dog Research (PDR) in Zimbabwe, Niabi's long-time conservation partner. He will share features and stories about painted dogs in Africa and the collaborative work that Niabi Zoo is doing with PDR. Proceeds will go to support the continued conservation efforts of PDR to protect painted dogs in the field.

Join us on Thursday, February 26, 6-8:30PM, for adults age 21 and over. The cost is just $40 which includes one drink ticket (for a variety of adult beverages), trivia materials, and prizes! As this is also a fundraiser in which the proceeds will support Painted Dog Research and their efforts to save this endangered species, there will also be unique merchandise available for purchase including snare wire art, stickers, and the book, A Dog Called Circus, written by Greg which he will be available to autograph.
